Founder & CEO
Terry Timms
Terry Timms brings more than 26 years of leadership in law enforcement, public safety, emergency management, and critical infrastructure security. A former U.S. Army Infantryman and Texas State Trooper, he served 15 years as Hale County Constable, five years as a Police Chief, and led emergency management operations. Terry also directed 24/7 armed security operations for data center construction projects, protecting high-value assets and critical infrastructure. He leads LSID with a mission-focused commitment to professionalism, operational excellence, and accountability.

Kevin Overstreet
Kevin W. Overstreet brings more than 40 years of law enforcement, emergency management, and investigative leadership. His career includes serving as Sheriff of Childress County, founding the Internal Affairs Division for the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office, and serving as Captain over Patrol, Criminal Investigations, Narcotics, SWAT, and Bomb Squad operations. He also directed Emergency Management for the City and County of Lubbock and now oversees regional security operations supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects across Northwest Texas.

Kolton Timms
Kolton brings more than a decade of security expertise in perimeter security. Kolton develops strategic and cost affective security through his extensive experience in physical security systems, focusing on data center protection and perimeter security. His background in perimeter security provides a unique perspective on creating secure environments for critical infrastructures.
